The Brazil national football team, A Seleção, is governed by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and competes in CONMEBOL. The team plays home matches at the Estádio do Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro and iconic venues across the country, wearing yellow and green.

Brazil is the most successful nation in FIFA World Cup history, having won the tournament five times: 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994, and 2002. Brazil is the only nation to have participated in every World Cup since the inaugural edition in 1930. The country has produced legendary players including Pelé, Ronaldo, Zico, Ronaldinho, and Neymar.
