The Switzerland national football team, the Nati, is governed by the Swiss Football Association (SFV/ASF) and competes in UEFA. The team plays home matches at Wankdorf Stadium in Bern and wears red and white.

Switzerland has qualified for twelve FIFA World Cups and consistently reaches the round of 16 or later. The team co-hosted UEFA Euro 2008 with Austria and reached the quarter-finals of Euro 2020 and 2024. Switzerland's diverse squad — drawing players from Swiss-German, Swiss-French, and Swiss-Italian communities as well as diaspora — reflects the country's multicultural identity. Notable players include Xherdan Shaqiri and Granit Xhaka.
